In this episode, Chelsy tells the story of her husband's sudden and unexpected death, followed by her grieving period and a friendship she formed that helped her through her sleepless nights.  

She found friendship and advice from @amandagriffiths and held on to that hopefulness as she opened herself up to loving again.  

She talks about the tricky dynamics with her in-laws, facing a new layer of grief once her current husband moved in, the work needed to build a new marriage or relationship, and the way her new family of five was bonded around their new baby.
