We are back at it for OUR FOURTH SEASON of Terms of Service Podcast and we are eternally grateful - for you and the industry at large.

Such a phenomenal journey so far and to bring us into our next phase - is Amber Payden  where we explore numerous elements of pop culture, technology within the hospitality space, scalability and the element of 'choosing your stress'.

This conversation is an exciting ride as we find ourselves separating the different areas of the hospitality industry ranging from AI, technology implementation for systems efficiency while also divulging how the human experience is being reduced to overlooked data.

Amber facilitates a brilliant narrative that dives deep into the nuances of tech and how hospitality begins to remove itself and doesn't always speak the language of the industry that was built by us as a community.

Collectively - this is such an amalgamation of technology, pop culture and most importantly the cost of culture at the hands of something that was meant to assist not direct.
