Remembering is part of life that we need to work at. We are forgetful creatures, sometimes by habit, by age, and sometimes because of the way we have processed information. God uses various things so that we would remember. He gave us the rainbow to remember His promise of never flooding the earth again. He instructed the Israelites to build memorials to remind them of what God did. And Jesus gave us communion to remember Him.
