Today you’re being reminded to breathe.
Often when you’re anxious or stressed the first thing that you do is breathe less. Your breathing becomes shallower and everything else seems to quicken.
We take our breathing for granted, and don’t pay it much attention.
But by taking a moment to pause, to become aware and to consciously deepen your breath, creates space so you can feel calmer, more in control and less overwhelmed.
