We can all get too serious, forgetting the importance of fun and lightness in our lives. We underestimate it´s impact and take for granted that it will arise of its own accord. 

In this week's episode, we talk about fun in the run-up to Thanksgiving. Yeah, we know Thanksgiving was a month ago but hey, life happens and we are learning to not take it so seriously. And well, the same lessons apply to Christmas or any part of the year really.
