We can't undo the past but can choose our perception of life events. You were put here on earth for reasons, and being the object of someone's else pain is not one of them. You are more than an experience; you have everything you need to transcend life events. You have a powerful mind linked with the Infinite Intelligence that created the world and beyond.

Remember that anything that doesn't belong will not fit or stay still. The emotions, feelings, and thoughts (anger, anxiety, resentment, and the like) you have often attract similar ideas.

May you address recurring thoughts and replace them with seeds of truth. You have the divine right to do so.
