Every experience is an opportunity to confirm who you are, not to lessen your identity. We must choose a perspective that prevents us from falling into the potholes of life or one that can quickly minimize our stay in the potholes. Then, when we come out of the dark wilderness of misuse and abuse, we can lead a life with strong principles and a foundation that withstands life's storms. By having a student perspective on life, labels don't stick, and we see the experiences for what they are.
You must know the pain projected on you, in whatever form, is not your fault. Instead, we must face our emotions and feelings and see the experience for what it is (someone's way of projecting their emotions and feelings). Then, we can move forward and do the work we are here to do.
As always, let me know your thoughts.
Make this lifetime great because you still can!
