What is the difference between religion and a relationship with God?
In Episode 49 of Remember You, Christina Olsen welcomes back Jenny Jurek, a tapping (EFT) practitioner, transformation advisor, and founder of HigherWise, LLC. Together they go somewhere a little different: faith, the Bible, the book of Enoch, free will, forgiveness, and the spiritual questions so many of us are afraid to ask.
Jenny grew up in a deeply Pentecostal family. Her mom is a pastor's kid, and her grandfather and almost all of his brothers are pastors. She shares how questioning got her in trouble, how The Passion of the Christ and The Chosen finally made her faith "click," and why she stopped going to church without ever leaving God. "It's the people that hurt me, not God." Reading scripture for herself, she found a Jesus who was rebellious, and she found a simple truth she keeps coming back to: "Religion takes us to God. A relationship takes God to us."
Then they open the book of Enoch. Jenny explains why she sees it as "just a record" of supernatural events rather than a guide to your relationship with God, and why she thinks that's the reason it isn't in the Bible. They talk about the 200 fallen angels, the giants, the flood, and the portals Enoch describes. They also ask why this ancient book is suddenly all over social media.
The conversation turns personal and practical: why Jenny believes trauma is here to help us learn, why free will is a gift she holds as dearly as the cross, why the hard relationships that keep repeating are a training field and not a test, and why forgiveness is "a choice, not a feeling."
Key takeaways:
"I am on purpose." Jenny Jurek

Are we living through the end of "might makes right"?
In Episode 48 of Remember You, Christina Olsen talks with Scott F. Paradis about the converging storms reshaping our world and the leap he believes humanity can now make, individually and collectively.
Scott describes the first of these storms, environmental upheaval: heat waves, droughts, flooding, fires, earthquakes, volcanic activity, and solar activity all happening at once, as the planet telling us to wake up and pay attention. He traces a 12,000-year cycle of building a "Tower of Babel" hierarchy until it grows too high to sustain itself and collapses, a pattern fueled by people giving their power away and by a culture that blames the weak and the powerless for problems. At the root, he says, is the belief that we are separate, when in fact we are integrated with everything. Take away air, water, and food and see how long "autonomous" lasts.
The conversation turns personal and practical: the space between stimulus and response, why a group of kindergartners out-built accomplished professionals in a tower challenge, why the flip side of freedom is responsibility, and Scott's three words for living from the heart: feel, align, be.
Key takeaways:
- The environment is sending a wake-up call: multiple extreme events are converging at the same time.
- For 12,000 years we have repeated a might-makes-right cycle of hierarchy, collapse, and rebuilding. Scott believes that for the first time we can move beyond it, if we choose.
- Separation is an illusion. We depend on and are integrated with everything around us.
- Freedom is not doing whatever you want without consequences. Its flip side is responsibility, and once you realize you are in charge of you, there is space between stimulus and response.
- Feel, align, be: let the heart lead the head, align with your bigger purpose and the greatness within you, and allow yourself to be present.
"Pay attention, you're being called to choose. It's your move."

Imagine your symptoms are your body's way of talking to you, and not something to just manage.
In Episode 46 of Remember You, Christina Olsen sits down in person with Amy Cohn Rieselman, L.Ac., a licensed acupuncturist, board-certified Chinese herbalist, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner. Amy has been in practice for more than 20 years and runs Energy Flow Acupuncture & Wellness Center in Naperville, Illinois. She focuses on women's health, including fertility, perimenopause, and menstrual health, and on the stress and emotional patterns that keep the body stuck.
Amy explains how she reads the body through pulse analysis and muscle testing, and what qi and meridians really mean in plain terms. She shares three real fertility stories from her practice and describes what a healthy menstrual cycle looks like. She also covers why she sees so much blood sugar imbalance right now and how she helps women smooth out the "roller coaster" of perimenopause. She closes with advice for anyone who feels they have tried everything: don't give up, start with self-compassion, and take two quiet minutes a day to notice your breath.

How do you lead without losing the human part of yourself?
In this Executive Spotlight episode of Remember You, Christina co-hosts with Jeremy Sisemore and talks with Yosh Eisbart, Vice President, SAP North America at VASS.
Yosh has spent more than 25 years in the SAP world. He has started three companies and led two exits: NIMBL, which he built without outside funding, and Fulfilld, which was backed by venture capital.
Yosh shares what he has learned about building teams: bring in people who are better than you, let them shine, and keep people around who will tell you the truth. That includes his wife, his YPO peer group, and his own rule: "I will always listen. I may not necessarily agree, but I'll always listen." He explains the "be a chef" idea of teaching your expertise openly so customers come to you. He also gives a grounded view of AI: a powerful tool that supports businesses rather than replacing them, and one he thinks is "mad overblown."
The conversation ends with Startup Sutras, Yosh's passion project on mindfulness and startup grit, and with his answer to who he is without the titles: someone whose North Star is connection.

Imagine your life when you stop chasing money and became something you learn to flow with.
In this episode of Remember You, Christina sits down with Natalie Levy, founder and managing partner of She's Independent, a women-first angel investing community changing who gets a seat at the table. Natalie is an engineer, former Wall Street trader and private equity professional, active investor, and author of Cash is Queen. Her personal journey through loss, health challenges, and financial agency has reshaped how she views money, purpose, and leadership.
The conversation moves from Wall Street misogyny and early angel investing into the intentional design of She's Independent: a democratized, transparent room where women (and aligned allies) learn, diligence, and invest alongside each other.
Natalie reframes money as energy, names the mental blocks that keep people waiting to feel "ready," and shares how grief, darkness, and self-knowledge became teachers rather than dead ends. Listeners also hear her take on intentional spending, portfolio diversification without one-size-fits-all advice, NFTs and echo chambers, finding Zen when the water is rough, yoga beyond the physical pose, and emotional release through spoken word and somatic practice.

The second part of this conversation is about getting real about your habits and what you can change now to make a real difference to change your long-term health and live a long vital life for many years to come.
In Part 2, Christina Olsen and special co-host Justin Reich continue with Julie Johnson, a Registered Nurse and Preventative Health Consultant. After Part 1's baseline conversation about antioxidants and healthy aging, this episode moves into sugar cravings, gene expression, fascia and mobility, prenatal nutrition, men's health patterns, supplement rhythm, and the products Julie uses in her preventative wellness work.
You will hear Christina's struggle with a real sugar addiction without shame, Justin name fascia health as his focus, and Julie explain why twice-daily supplementation is about half-life and consistency. The conversation stays educational. It is not a diagnosis, cure, or individualized medical plan.
Christina and Justin talk about making intentional changes and returning later to look at what changed or maybe didn't depending on the habits they choose (we are all human of course!).

Taking care of your health starts before you get sick.
In Part 1 of this conversation, Christina Olsen and return co-host Justin Reich sit down with Julieann Johnson, a Registered Nurse and Preventative Health Consultant. Julie draws on three decades of nursing experience to explain why she shifted from caring for people in acute settings toward helping people think more proactively about nutrition, energy, healthy aging, and the habits they can track over time.
The conversation explores antioxidants, oxidative stress, inflammation, food quality, muscle mass, and the difference between reacting to illness and supporting everyday wellness. Julie also introduces PRYSM iO, a non-invasive wellness tool designed to estimate skin carotenoid levels and show trend-based insight into antioxidant status to help maintain the right nutrient intake (note: it is not a diagnostic medical test and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease).
This is the beginning of a longer journey. Christina and Justin discuss establishing a baseline, making intentional changes, and returning later to talk honestly about what changed.

Kiara Tomirotti and Jack Joseph join Christina Olsen to share the story behind RMBR, their Chicago-born beverage brand built around real memories and better rituals. What began as Community Kombucha became a broader mission: make a healthy, non-alcoholic choice feel just as social, colorful, and enjoyable as anything else in your hand.
Together, they talk about building a company as partners, learning to separate roles without losing connection, and staying present when the entrepreneurial journey brings equal parts wins and uncertainty. Kiara and Jack also share why their brand is about more than kombucha: it is a vehicle for community, intentional gatherings, and a life that feels more connected.
The conversation comes back to a practice that fits both their company and Christina’s work: have a vision, but do not postpone your life while you chase it.

Jason Safford joins Christina Olsen for a conversation about resilience that is grounded in real life, not performance. Jason is the founder of the Resilience Circle and the creator of the Resilience Architecture framework. He shares how a life-threatening (near death experience) battle with Lyme disease changed the way he understood success, presence, and what matters most.
Together, they explore the difference between reacting and responding, the small choices that build trust in ourselves, and why resilience is not about pretending life is easy. Jason also shares a moving coaching story about a client who set a goal to walk without a walker by July 1 and reached it early through steady, committed effort.
The conversation is an invitation to meet the life in front of you with honesty, patience, and one small step at a time.
