Respected New Zealand actor, Bernard Kearns, who died on the 21st of March at the age of 92. Bernard became a familiar face across New Zealand in screen roles like Sleeping Dogs, The God Boy and Mirror Mirror. In 2002 Lynn Freeman spent an entertaining couple of hours interviewing Bernard Kearns about the highlights of his long stage and radio drama career. It all began with the Canterbury University College Drama Society, headed by the formidable Dame Ngaio Marsh.
