In episode 4 I met with Allison! She’s a work colleague and friend who’s mom died of cancer 17 years ago. Allison’s known grief for a long time, but recently unfortunately experienced a miscarriage too, hello grief 2.0. We talk about the denial Allison faced in the years leading up to her mom’s death, feeling understandably angry around other pregnant women and appreciating the relationships with those who support us through all of life’s ups and downs.
