As tributes continue to pour in for the man nicknamed “The Cat”, we are joined by Vusi Shongwe who once worked very closely with former Deputy President David Mabuza. Sometime in 2015 Shongwe served as acting Premier of Mpumalanga while the late David Mabuza was on sick leave.
