Today would have been my fathers 54th birthday. Today is a special day for my family and I in every sense of the word. When we lose someone we love dearly and keep close to our hearts, it’s easy to be sad and frustrated knowing that that individual is no longer here. But when it’s on a special persons birthday, it is best that we remember these people in good ways by celebrating and doing something in their honor, as if they were still with us today. Losing a loved one is the hardest and worst feeling anyone will ever go through but keeping them in mind and remembering all the good in life that you had experienced with them is what makes it all the more special.
