Gursharan Kaur is a Feminine Leadership Coach and Associate Chartered Management Consultant with 20 years in NHS Senior Management across Strategic Commissioning, Management Consulting and Public Health.

She works with high functioning women moving from chronic dissatisfaction to strategic alignment, and with women navigating perimenopause and menopause to invite sacred pause rather than simply do more.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that we are each here for a higher purpose, and that raising our frequency is how we begin living in alignment with it. She draws from her faith, which reminds her that to master your mind is to master your world.

Gursharan is a Mental Health First Aider, a member of the Chartered Management Institute and the City and Guilds of London Institute, and is currently completing her MSc in Healthcare Leadership.

She is also writing her first book, Divorce Does Not Define Me: Finding Purpose, Passion and Peace, due to be published later this year.
