Cec and Steph are back this week with a new episode on the power of "checking in" and creating a mental health toolbox. Remembering to check in with ourselves, our friends, coworkers and family is so important and there are so many ways simple ways we can do this, including friend of the pod Jackie Carr's favourite question "How are you really?". In this episode Steph and Cec dive into the importance of stopping and listening, showing up vulnerably, how leaders can show up for themselves during tough times and check in with their teams, staying away from how the world is telling you how you "should" show up and the power of having a mental health toolbox and what Steph and Cec are doing for their mental health.
