The other day I was scrolling on Instagram and found a carousel post titled "reminders you need to hear right now." So naturally I texted a good handful of my friends to send me a reminder they think people need to hear so I could turn it into an episode. I love reminders because they can act as that one 'thing' that someone needs to hear in order to pull themselves out of a dark place. Reminders are there to remind your brain that you are in control, on your own timeline, doing what YOU are supposed to be doing right now. And most importantly, they remind you that you are not alone and everybody goes through the ups and downs of life. So without further ado, please enjoy this episode because my friends had some damn good things to say.
