When a person's sins are forgiven by God, that person is treated as if those sins had never been committed. In fact, God's says he forgets them, as if they had never existed. But how does remission of sins happen...and what does it really mean? A lot of people will tell us that they have the answers...but the wise thing to do is to read what God says about it.
