New scienc fiction series
interesting but not very exciting all is rather bland and old story not very original a few good plots waiting to see what happpens next . if it does not happen i will not be upset .
Unfortunately not as good as the first book
Unfortunately not as good as the first book. I am sad to say this, since the first book was excellent (five stars). Maybe its just the disappointment at the separation of the couple in the first book, but I did not enjoy the new characters introduced. I was not able to finish the novel, which is quite a contrast from the first novel, which I re-read with just as much enjoyment the second time.
Great military sci-fi
Quite detailed in descriptions of scenes and characters. You can visualize yourself on the spot. Ended abruptly - what happens next? Must be another book coming?
