 I am a transformational energy coach. I help people restore a natural energy flow in the body so you can awaken to your true role as a co-creator and live the life you want to live. My journey started after the birth of my son in 2003. After struggling with Postpartum Depression for years, I decided to look for help outside of the traditional health care system. This lead me down the healing path to Kundalini Yoga, Crystal Singing Bowls, Reiki and ultimately The Energy Codes. Then in 2007 my son was diagnosed with epilepsy. I then started down anew healing path to help him. Several years later, I am happy to say my son no longer takes medication and to  our knowledge, no longer has epilepsy. Little did I know that while I was trying to heal him, that I was healing myself as well. I have had the pleasure of working with children with Down Syndrome, adults with dementia and Alzheimer’s, people that have had head trauma, severe back pain, and cancer. I also work with people that want to increase their energy and just “feel better”. I know that by changing your thoughts, you can change your life. I have seen it and experienced it first hand.
