Can we see but yet blind?  2 Corinthians 4:4 says the god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelieving, so that they cannot see..  Jesus then said to the religious leaders "you blind guides" Matthew 23:23. So being a Christian is not a guarantee that we can see.  Isaiah prophesied that Jesus would open the eyes of the blind and bring prisoners from the prison. Isaiah 49:8, Luke 4:21 Then Paul received his apostolic call directly from Jesus, the head of the Church, to open the eyes of the Gentiles, in order to turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Acts 26:18 So yes, the short answer to the question above is yes, it is possible to have eyes to see but yet blind, because the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because those spiritual things must be spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14 For He said, My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge, because they have rejected knowledge. Hosea 4:6 That's why we need to take time and seek Him more than ever; we must not settle with a status quo. There must not be blindnesses in our lives.
