Why should we think about the things of God? In order to know Him better, of course. How else can we expect to be in love with a God we do not know?

While scripture can be a good place to begin learning about God, we must also learn about Him by doing as well. Going to Mass, living the works of mercy, prayer and just examining our lives are steps by which we can be renewed by love and made fit saints for heaven.
