1 Cor 13:13  “But now faith, hope, love abide these three, but the greatest of these is love.

 

John 8:31-32 "If you abide in my word, (keep believing) you are truly my disciples and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free."

 

James 2:14, 17, 19-20

vs. 14 “What use is it my brethren if someone says he has faith but he has no works? Can that faith save him?” 

vs. 17 “Even so faith if it has no works is dead, being by itself”

vs. 19-20 “You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe and shudder. But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless.”

 

Hebrews 11:6 “Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must 1. believe that He is and 2. that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.”
