Recap/Intro:

The enemy is furious about you and his agenda is to steal, kill and destroy but there is a hedge

roundabout you. His strategy has never changed since the days of Jesus, and he is still defeatable.

What is hope? Something you are looking forward to. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the

evidence (something tangible) of things not seen. You cannot hope for evidence it must be there it

must be produced, it cannot be generated in the future it must have happened. You cannot show up

in court without evidence there must be proof produced for a ruling to be processed, therefore evidence

is what has already transpired.

God has not left you without evidence and if at any time you will ever feel you do not have evidence

always look to the cross. The cross is evidence of the triumph of Jesus over the principalities and powers.

Col. 2:15 - Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over

them in it.

Eph. 6:12 - For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the

rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

If Jesus spoiled the principalities and powers then why are we wrestling?

2 Cor. 5:17-19 17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all

things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ,

and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself,

not [d]

imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

Everything that could be associated with your old existence ceases to be, not that it has disappeared

but you have become something else and your instant transformation i.e your appetites, desires, and

pursuits makes it impossible for the system to beat you and then the law ends.

Christ’s death is pointless for anyone who lives for himself, the choice to live for self is presenting you

for warfare. The purpose of Christ’s death is so that we may not wrestle. You are born of the world

and not of the world because of reconciliation. The war ends when I die and when I die daily then the

war ends daily.

John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him

should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the

world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

GOD'S ANTIDOTE TO THE WORLD SYSTEM.

1. Renew your mind.

Rom 12:2 - And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you

may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Results of renewing your mind.

a. You bring the soul to submission.
