Mark Millar is joined by Morwenna Slade, Head of Climate Adaptation at Historic England so that Mark can ask some questions about what kind of permission is required when retrofitting in listed domestic properties as well as renovations to those properties or non listed properties in conservation areas. Mark also asks Morwenna about her role at Historic England and the challenge she faces in trying to proetet the history of listed buildings while simultaniously protecting the environment
