In this episode, we examine the work task of lifting things for your job from one place to another in order to do the job that you planned (usually three times from store to site).  In our martial art practice, we determine a list of exercises to do on a daily basis in order to increase strength and muscle endurance.   We count the sets and standardize the rep amount for easy counting to determine each day your grand total and how much you have worked out and help to set new fitness goals for yourself, even when you are busy.  This helps to achieve a Work/Life/Martial Art (Fitness) Balance... You are a Warrior!
