Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) has filed a formal House ethics complaint against Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) for her comments regarding the Derek Chauvin trial, in which she told rioters to "get more confrontational" if the jury did not deliver a guilty verdict.
