Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) says he voted for Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) to be the House GOP Chair, and that in spite of her voting record, Stefanik assured him that she is "willing to listen to the conservative voices in our movement, the majority of our party, and message that to the country."
