We are joined by Sheila R Foster, Esq., a Professor of Law and Public Policy at Georgetown University and author of several books including “From the Ground Up: Environmental Racism and the Rise of the Environmental Justice Movement” (NYU Press, 2001). She will walk us through the legal facets of the reparations debate using her experience litigating environmental discrimination cases.
