In this week’s episode, we begin our series exploring various aspects on the topic of reparations. We are joined by Sheila R Foster, Esq., a Professor of Law and Public Policy at Georgetown University and author of several books including “From the Ground Up: Environmental Racism and the Rise of the Environmental Justice Movement” (NYU Press, 2001). She will walk us through the legal facets of the reparations debate using her experience litigating environmental discrimination cases. The hosts for this episode are Clint Odom, NUL Senior Vice President of Policy & Advocacy and Toni Wiley, NUL Director of Advocacy.
