Now, On this episode of rising into action episode 8
Is about repetition.
How repetitions grow into transformations. And with training clients
Young, old, women, male, I have heard every excuse across the Board.
Statements like saying their life is so stressed, that they work on their own
Business they would go back to clock into their old job or a clock
In and out job to settle for a consistent income.
I have heard people say noone believes in their weight loss journey and their
Thought process was let me quit and prove them right and eat like shit.
These things don’t make sense, but I have heard it.
Same for trainers who have been in the gym for 10+ years, they think they
Don’t have to grind as hard. “Bro I have been in the game, I should not have To explain myself to them or why they shouldn't have to dm new clients.
Almost just expecting people to come to them.
Basically they are kings and everyone should want to train with them.
I am not lying, I have seen it.
But I don't want to talk about other coaches, or what weight loss excuses I Have heard.
I am coming to drop some value upon the most ridiculous statement ever:
Clients will say “These workouts look the same” I need to change them up,
Or
I did something else and then did cardio.
This information is the same, now if you ever said this ever in your life about
Something before, buckle in this is podcast is for you!!
Listen up, If you have said “This information is too repetitive”
That closed off mind, wake the fuck up.
I have coached over 200+ clients and a lot of my meals and workouts
Look similar. I have a magnitude of programs but a lot consistent of similar
Exercises.
WHY????
Repetitions build success!
Repetitions
Build success and claim it.
Saying a bold statement like why do I need to
Put those reps in is like saying: “Going to the gym and doing reps
Is too hard” That is the very thing you need to get stronger.
Like doing a pyramid set and stopping half way through and quit
Saying that is too many reps. It is too hard.
What are we doing……
Guys you think kobe bryant bitched about practice, no.
Like listening, you truly grow by learning information
And using it everyday.
You grow by learning information, and master what you learned.
Repetitions build success.
