The current Pandemic has been likened to a War. Politicians on both sides of the aisle, have warned us of the dire consequences of this struggle. And certainly our Government is spending money like a war time struggle. Even the President has declared that he is a “war time President.”

Well, if indeed we are in a War, then the battle ground is our economy. Because it is at the economic level that people are suffering: jobs are lost, living standards challenged and savings and investments depleted.
