Malcolm and Michael also address the long and laudable public careers of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell and why the allegations they are now making about vast and election-altering electoral fraud deserve to be taken seriously. It is absurdly hypocritical, Malcolm and Michael argue, that some of the very same establishment figures who spent years demanding that allegations of Russia's intervention and collusion with the Trump campaign in 2016, which turned out to be almost universally untrue, be taken seriously while they now simultaneously summarily dismiss 2020 claims, which already are supported by signed whistleblower affidavits and Giuliani and Powell's statements following their review of what they say will prove vast criminal election fraud sufficient to overturn reports of Biden's victory.

All this now leaves us at a crossroads: Leaders and institutions we historically have relied on to rise to defend such a threat to our representative democracy are proving timid, political, and unwilling. While this debate and the accompanying legal proceedings must be driven by facts and evidence, Malcolm and Michael argue that the American people must now engage in ensuring these allegations of fraud are fully investigated, unveiled, corrected, and 2020 election results corrected accordingly if appropriate. Americans should brace themselves for shocking criminal allegations about the magnitude of broad and coordinated electoral fraud that will emerge in the coming days and weeks. As those allegations emerge in federal lawsuit filings, they cannot be frivolously dismissed by a mainstream media simply wishing to see Trump's departure. There is much more at stake, they say.
