In this podcast there are two separate interviews.  The first is with Louisiana State Representative Candace Newell.  Frenchman Street, bywater, and the marigny are in her district.   She has some legislation that helps a lot of people, and her care for people, friendliness, and professionalism is apparent in this interview. The second interview is with Louisiana State Representative Sam Jenkins from the Shreveport area.  Representative Jenkins is well liked and respected amongst his colleagues and constituents.  And his legislation shows he includes them in his thinking.
