Maxwell A. Erd represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases and property damage disputes. He earned his law degree at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, and his undergraduate degree at The University of Central Florida.
Prior to representing homeowners and injured parties at Wites Law Firm, Maxwell spent many years working for a Florida insurance defense firm representing insurance companies in property damage claims including hurricane damage, water damage, theft claims, sinkhole claims, as well as claim subrogation. Maxwell’s extensive experience working with both homeowners and insurance companies enables him to understand how corporations and insurance companies evaluate cases, to help those he represents at the Wites Law Firm.
