  • The Street Fighter Episode

Two Street Fighter workout videos, two very different transformations. Callina Liang grew her thighs by 6.5cm on 4,000 calories a day and trained so hard her stunt double needed a butt pad. Roman Reigns at 41 is proof that how you train has to evolve with you.

  • Sardines, Streep, and Spider-Man's Reset

A client brought up the sardine trend, and it's worth talking through why any single food or diet extreme, doesn't tell the whole story. Missing out on the full range of micronutrients your body needs by overcorrecting toward one thing isn't a shortcut, it's a setback.

Then it's over to Hollywood. we just got our first look at Greta Gerwig's take on her upcoming Narnia movie, and it's bolder than expected, Meryl Streep voicing Aslan, a full redesign built around a David Bowie influence, and Gerwig calling the whole thing a rock opera.

After that, into the spider-verse! Spider-Noir got cancelled after just one season despite strong reviews and a handful of Emmy wins, and now Sony's reportedly juggling four new Spider-Man show ideas.

  • Arjona's Regimen, Then Lanterns Goes Dark

SPOILER WARNING: Full spoilers for HBO's Lanterns in this one.

Nobody's confirmed anything, but the internet's already decided Adria Arjona is playing Wonder Woman. Rather than chase that rumor, this one's about the workout itself, cardio, lifting, six rounds of boxing, and what that kind of training actually builds toward.

Then it's full spoiler territory for Lanterns, no holding back.

Race day finally happened, and there's a lot to unpack, how it actually went, what the training block delivered, and the controversy that came out of it.

Then it wraps with Marvel, X-Men finally has faces attached, Doomsday got a Doctor Doom focused look, and VisionQuest closes out a trilogy that started with WandaVision. Saving the biggest reveals for last.

  • The Smoothie Discourse and the Marvel Renaissance

In this episode we talk about the Rhonda Patrick banana smoothie controversy. The science is real but the framing is the problem. When credentialed experts take legitimate research to massive platforms without context, healthy food starts to feel dangerous and regular people pay the price. Good beats perfect every time and the wellness industry keeps forgetting that.

Then everything from Marvel's Hall H. Ryan Gosling is Ghost Rider. David Jonsson is the new Black Panther. Doomsday brought out 16 cast members from surprise stages and RDJ showed up in full Doom mode.

  • Monsters, Guilt, and Doctor Doom

SPOILER WARNING: Full spoilers for The Odyssey ahead.

In this episode we break down the Avengers Doomsday trailer. Doctor Doom speaks, the X-Men show up in ruins, Thor looks terrified, and Marvel finally feels like it has something to say again. Then full spoilers for Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. Odysseus won the war but the film is really about what that win cost him and everyone around him. Every monster he faces on the way home is a version of the same guilt chasing him back to Ithaca. Nolan, Göransson, and an incredible cast make it worth every minute.

  • Gels, Gears, and Gratitude for Lightning McQueen

In this episode I break down Summer Evolution Phase 2, the final training block heading into the August half marathon. We also get into carb gels, what they actually are, when to take them, and why trialing them before race day is non-negotiable.

Then pop culture. Cars turned 20 this year and it deserves its flowers. Critics were never kind to it but the people who grew up with it know what it actually is. A film about identity, community, and what happens when someone built entirely around winning is forced to slow down. This era of Pixar was a creative run the industry has rarely matched since and Cars belongs in that conversation whether people want to put it there or not.
