2. edit wav file with "audacity", mono, 8000Hz

3. select sound, "Sample Data Export"

4. Limit out 10000,Measurement scale Linear, Data(csv),L-R on Same Line => export

5. open csv with excel, (n+1)*127 for each numeric values, save

6. open csv with texteditor, line change line to comma, note the total of changed places+1
