Ruamen Delarua is a lifelong dedicated law enforcement officer with a combined 40+ years of experience. After serving the Marion County Sheriff’s Office for 26 years, he retired as a Commander. In 2013, he returned home to Miami and to the City of Miami Police Department where he currently serves as a member on the Motors Unit. Ruamen believes It is imperative that action-over-stagnation be put into place to correct our country’s current policing system. "It is broken. It is not working. It is time for change".
