One of a woman's ten very special coins is lost and she must find it. She lights a candle, sweeps the house and searches with a dedication until she finds it. When it is found it is a time of great rejoicing with her friends. Just like the lost coin we find ourselves fallen into the dirt and darkness of sin that separates us from our owner. Jesus in His great love for us searches hard until we are in His grasp where we belong.
