On this episode host Jonathan Chance talks with his friend Mike Leum, who is a Los Angeles County Reserve Deputy Sheriff, and an Emergency Medical Technician or EMT, volunteer search and rescue member with the Montrose Search & Rescue Team.  Mike talks about his dedication to staying fit, his fitness motivation and some of the exercises he does as part of a fitness plan that was based on his overall health after discussing this with his doctor.
