Just Plain Wrong

Research Rabbit Holes: Amish Romance Self-Publishing

Listen Later

This week, the MennoBrarians take a deep dive into Amish Romance self-publishing. Inspired by the conversation on Amish Country Treasure in season 2, in which Tillie speculated the book was written by a bot, Erin went on a research journey to see if she could figure out if the text was written by a human or AI (findings: inconclusive). In this episode, Erin shares some of what she found during this research journey.

We chat self-publishing, random research topics, and whether it actually matters if bots write the books we read.
