This week we get honest about the resentment that forms through silence and forgiving. We go over ways to help you through the resentment phase, and the importance of speaking up and not letting things slide. Mistakes are inevitable but patterns require corrections at times. While we are only responsible for ourselves perse, it is our responsibility to defend ourselves properly from outside dangers, not just when it's life or death. Though this was a difficult session it was necessary. Just know we gotta go through something to get somewhere so let’s do it together.
