QCMHA is thrilled to welcome Eve Staszczyszyn for our third podcast where she leads us through three different meditation exercises to unwind during exams. The third is a six minute ‘reset’ exercise that you can do right at your desk—it walks students through a body scan so that they can feel more grounded and present, ready to return to or take on whatever is next!
In combining her passion for mental health and wellness with her entrepreneurial mind, Eve has co-developed a wellness platform for university students called Wellness World. This wellness platform helps students keep track of their physical and mental health, while also assisting students in finding appropriate resources for their mental health.
