If you’ve lost access to your phone number and email address, you’ll need to contact AT&T customer service for assistance. Here’s how:
- Call SBCGlobal/AT&T Customer Support: Dial SBCGlobal/AT&T’s customer support number at +1–475–315–9016 or 1–800–288–2020 (Toll-Free).
- Provide Account Information: Be prepared to provide any account information you remember, such as your name, billing address, or previous passwords (if you can recall any).
- Verify Your Identity: The customer service representative will ask you several security questions to verify your identity.
- Reset Your Password: Once your identity is confirmed, AT&T will help you reset your password.
