Many residents at Wheeling's Village Board Meeting on Monday complained about the drones that began appearing this month.

The DAILY HERALD reports that Agustin Salgado told trustees the machines are in the skies over residential areas “sometimes for hours at a time".

Spokespeople for ICE, the FBI, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection say they have nothing to do with the drones.
