There are potholes, bad habits, distractions, and heartbreaks.

But even when you fall, especially when you fall, remember this:
When you fall on your knees, don’t let that be the position you stay in.
Let it be the position you pray in.
Pray in it. Feel it.
And then rise ten toes down because your becoming relies on it.
You owe it to yourself to keep going.
