Resiliency is a trending concept in Mental Health circles and is talked about as the quality of an individual to "bounce back" from the trials and challenges, and to endure traumas. Missionaries encounter a number of factors that can impact their ability to be resilient to the many challenge that they face over the course of their missionary service. In this episode we interview therapist, Brian Murdock.
