Destiny Ruffin (GA-CEM) is a certified Emergency Manager and a proud graduate of Savannah State University who has dedicated her career to keeping communities safe, prepared, and resilient.  Destiny currently serves as Captain of the Emergency Management Team for the Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency & Homeland Security.
