We know when someone is being resistant. We know when we're being resistant. It's that uncertainty of not wanting to jump in, reluctant to go for it, hesitation to try something new, the anxious feeling about stepping out of your comfort zone.

But resistance can work in our favor... more than just giving us a good excuse to not push ourselves or leave the safety of what makes us feel comfortable.  In this episode, we explore some ways that resistance hurts us, but more importantly, we look at 3 ways resistance is a big help to us and why we should want more of it.
