Welcome back to the Twin Elements Podcast.

This episode is our first “Bonus Episode” as such, and we’re simply checking in to see how everyones goals and resolutions are progressing exactly one month in to the new year / 2025!

Ayden and James give some daily habits and strategies that they have implemented to help them achieve their goals.

Also giving an insight into some goals and resolutions they have in their own rights.

Nearly 80% of individuals with a new years resolution give-up one month into the new year. Hence why we though it important to check in, hopefully gibing someone some motivation to continue and keep yourselves accountable!

No one is responsible for your life except for you.

As part of this we will be releasing our five part fallow deer rut series as a whole length movie / feature film. Come down, show your support, watch the film, grab some gear for the upcoming rut and join in the activities!
        • On March 1st Flowstate Outdoors are hosting an expo with many vendors in the hunting, fishing and outdoor scene. Taking place at Wodonga racecourse & exhibition centre in Victoria, come down spend the day and support the industry. If you want to get in on the action, there are early bird tickets available now on the flow state website. These tickets get you in the door, as well as in the draw to win tonnes of great prizes. Including an epic hunt in 2026 with us at spotted safaris. Thats correct. You can win a guided chital deer hunt valued at over $6,000 simply by purchasing an early bird ticket. We will also be attending the VIP Wild dining experience hosted by YETI. The event takes place from 5-7pm and with 100 tickets available will provide a immersive and indulgent experience eating the food of some incredible guest chefs.
