Happy New Year! In Bread and Better's first episode of 2024, Tegs and Al are chatting about fresh ways to plan for the year ahead. Whether you prefer an iPhone calendar, a checklist, or a good old-fashioned diary, there are a million ways to prep for the new year. One way that you may not have thought of that is effective, creative and fun is a Vision Board and this week, Tegs is going to teach us how to do it! We can't wait to kick off the new year with all of you!
Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to discuss not only the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.
