In our lives today, we all see the evidence of violence. In workplaces, in schools and all across our country violence is a mainstream theme. Where does violence stem from? Do we have any evidence that points to one particular incident we can blame? As young children sit in a prison for crimes, do we have a responsibility to address the ‘why’ of their circumstances?

We do have the ability to change the trajectory of our entire nation and end violence, but we must first admit that each of us is individually responsible for our own perspectives of interaction, reaction, and resolve.
