Why Listen?
How do we ensure respect for all? SHRM has removed the work "equity" from its program name. Yet a recent EdWeek article states there are still impactful efforts going on in districts, focused on belonging.
The important work here is about improvements to the employee and student experience. Culture and climate are enhanced by awareness and action informed through access and belonging.
